This is a binding agreement. The Website is owned by Hanne Arts. The term "you" refers to the user(s) and/or viewer(s) of the Website, and "Hanne Arts", "Hanne", "I" and "me" refers to the owner of the Website.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") carefully, as they contain important information pertaining to your rights and responsibilities, as well as to my responsibilities and allowances toward you. Hanne Arts reserves the right to change these T&C on the Website at any time without notice. By viewing and using the Website, you agree to this, and you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these T&C. If you do not agree with these T&C, do not use this Website.

By using this Website, you affirm that you are 18 years old or over (or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and its resources if under the age of 18 and/or if otherwise prohibited in your country or under any law/regulation that is applicable to you.

This Website aims to provide valuable education and information pertaining to eating disorder recovery, both from research and from personal experience. In addition to providing information, the other purposes of this Website include: providing you access to the content and services, including but not limited to e-books, programs, coaching, blog posts and others, as well as to contact information. Any other use of this Website is prohibited.

As this Website is composed of a combination of research and personal experience, and as research is constantly is evolving, you agree that some information may be outdated, inaccurate or missing facts, and that it is not medical, psychological or financial advice (please see Disclaimers for more on this).

This Website is property of Hanne Arts and is protected by European intellectual property laws. If you purchase any services, resources, products, or content, including but not limited to e-books, programs and coaching, or if you otherwise enter into a separate agreement with Hanne Arts, you will also be subject to the terms of that agreement or those terms of use, which prevail in the event of disagreement/conflict. If you purchase any services, resources, products, or content, you also agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full details before making the purchase; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Prices charged for any of the services and resources are listed on the website and/or provided upon direct enquiry. Hanne reserves the right to change any of the prices and any of the services and resources at any time. Hanne also reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur. Refunds on any services or resources may be requested by emailing hanne (at) hannearts (dot) co.uk within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the purchase. Please note that Hanne will refund 97% of the original price due to credit card and PayPal processing fees. 1:1 coaching sessions that take place after the free discovery consultation are not refunded.

If you make use of the contact information and/or communication tools on the Website, you agree only to use these for lawful and legitimate purposes and not for posting or sharing any material unrelated to the use of the Website, including but not limited to spam, viruses, offensive content, or data in violation of any law. If you make use of the contact information and/or communication tools on the Website, you agree to and acknowledge that you own the content of the communication; Hanne Arts is under no obligation to ensure that the communication is legitimate. To access some of the content on this Website you may be required to provide information about yourself such as your name and contact details (please see the Privacy Policy), and you agree that the information you provide will always be accurate, correct, up to date and pertaining only to you and no one else. I reserve the right to remove any communication at any time at my sole discretion.

As for program enrolment, private 1:1 coaching, and any other content and services provided on this Website, please also refer to their specific agreements, which prevail in the event of disagreement/conflict. These content-specific agreements can be emailed to you upon request and will also be communicated to you via email automatically if and when you sign up for any of these services (if and where they differ from the Agreements set out on this Website's Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and T&C pages). You agree to keep the terms of these Agreements private and confidential.
