This time last year I was lost - unable to move on stuck in a restriction cycle in the relapse of an eating disorder. I hated myself, compared myself to others and just had zero confidence and life. I was sucked into the element of control and was terrified of everything. I didn’t know what my life was going to hold or when it was really going to begin. I really had to dig deep to realise why I wanted to heal and what I wanted to do with my life. I reached out to Hanne after breaking down and revealing everything to my parents . How individualized is the approach?In the Reset & Recover Essentials tier, you can take a self-paced approach, engaging with the community and resources whenever it suits your schedule. For the most immersive and intensive option, the All-Access tier stands out. I'm pretty busy. What time commitment is required?Depending on the tier you join, you can dive into those recovery resources as intensively as you'd like! New content is released regularly, and you have access to the full library of existing videos and resources.

What dates/times are the group calls scheduled in for?Group coaching calls (included in the Reset & Recover Community Circle and All-Access tiers) are held biweekly. The exact dates and times are flexible and tailored to suit the group's availability. At the start of each month, a poll will be shared on the forum to determine the schedule, ensuring it accommodates different time zones and busy lifestyles. If you can’t make it to a session, no problem! All calls are recorded, so you can catch up with the replays whenever it’s convenient for you.

What is the refund policy?If you’re unsure whether this program is the right fit for you, I encourage you to reach out to me here with any questions or schedule a call to discuss your needs before enrolling. Overall, I found Reset & Recover to be incredibly informative, insightful and helpful for me in my recovery journey. Throughout the modules, Hanne broke down and provided me with a plethora of important information, advice, tools, strategies and coping mechanisms that I can learn, practice and use in recovery.
One of the modules I found particularly useful for me highlights the skills regarding challenging automatic negative thoughts. I find the negative voices and thoughts to be one of the hardest things to overcome in recovery, and the practical information and advice from the program have made it easier and more manageable for me to.
Another area was the module regarding weight gain and hunger, as it's a huge trigger point for me. Understanding and accepting the need to gain weight along with the physical and mental changes and necessities that occur during this process and period of time made me feel more reassured and determined to continue my recovery journey during the toughest of times.
Reset & Recover provided me with so many crucial and valuable strategies; externalising thoughts and positive reframing, positive vs. negatives lists, positive mantras, positive body affirmations, recovery facts and reminders, challenging fear foods, proper nutrition and building a balanced plate, worst case-scenario and worry writing, taming the inner critic (ED voices), challenging preconceived beliefs, goal setting(envisioning the future) and so much more!
Thus far, I have incorporated and practised several of the tips, info and tools given and I've noticed quite a big positive shift in my mindset and feelings (mentally, physically and emotionally) in my recovery. I had gone through various therapies, inpatient stays, assisted living and had struggled to overcome the disordered eating + compulsive behaviour for over ten years. Even though I sometimes achieved some improvements, they would not remain as the durable changes for a healthy, self-determined and free life that I longed for.
In mainstream treatment, I even felt misunderstood and not really seen with my actual struggles many times. That was when I found Hanne‘s instagram profile and was impressed by the unconventional, multidimensional perspective that she depicted in her posts.
From the first call on up until now I experienced working with her as particularly helpful because Hanne makes her clients feel seen on a personal level as well as professionally guided. In my view, it is extraordinary that she takes the time to reply to texts any day almost any time and by that makes me feel accompanied in everyday life, an aspect I missed in most other treatments.
My main goal through all the years was establishing a relaxed relationship with food & movement, e.g. stop categorizing foods, get rid of the compulsion to perform certain behaviours around eating and feeling really allowed to eat whatever I want without rules, conditions or compensation.
The supported process of uncovering hidden thought patterns, habitual behaviours and automatic beliefs as well as concrete behavioral changes through challenges have helped me to achieve important steps towards this freedom. I can now enjoy eating with friends, finally got in touch with my true needs and am able to follow them. Taking advantage of the variety of foods and all the experiences that come along with that has enriched my life a lot.
