It's actually surprising to me which fundamental changes I experience now, compared to three months ago, when during the process I felt like I'm not making any progress at all. Firstly, being part of such an empathetic group really made me feel being accompanied. And also the individual possibilities the program provides are very precious as the content is super well-founded and mindfully structured. Above all, Hanne is simply extraordinary and her genuine care for each person, own experience and sensitive personality make this program really outstanding! THANK YOU! - K.S, DE

Eating disorder recovery coaching and online program

This program is NOT for you if...

  • You are unwilling to recover and not open to change

  • You want to lose weight or hold onto a suboptimal weight

  • You are not ready to explore the underlying issues

  • You are not willing or able to put in the necessary work or time to repair your relationship with food

  • Will I be recovered in 8 weeks?
I wish I had a crystal ball to tell you exactly what your recovery journey will look like and exactly when you will be 100% recovered and ed-free. But unfortunately I do not. The effort you put in is what you will get out of it. I will give you all of the guidance, support, and tools that you need, but you will have to take radical responsibility! What I CAN guarantee is that if you don't do anything differently from what you have been doing thus far, you are going to remain stuck in the same place. If you consistently implement the tools outlined in the program and continue to do so over time, then yes, you will be able to reach full recovery. But this is a journey of peace and healing and I’m not one to put a timestamp on that. Rather, I'm here to guide you through at whatever pace is needed. Until we get to where we need to be.
  • How individualized is the program?
While a good chunk of the work will be done in the online portal and in-group, everyone who enrols in the program immediately gets booked in for a one-on-one assessment, to answer any questions and to determine your unique recovery goals. In addition, you'll be able to reach out daily via private messages throughout the duration of the program, to ask any questions you have, receive guidance on any roadblocks you encounter, and vent about the frustrations that make up part of the journey. You are also able to upgrade to receive weekly discounted 1:1 coaching calls.
  • I'm pretty busy. What time commitment is required for the program?
I recommend setting aside about 30 minutes to read the weekly course material and another 1–2 hours to implement the changes and do the exercises. There are also weekly 40-minute calls that I recommend you to join if you can! That's still less than 2% of your week (easily tackled in less than 20 minutes per day), so not much time at all for the tremendous benefits you will gain in return.
  • Can I join any time or are there specific starting dates?
The next program begins in the second week of October (07/10/24), in time to propel you to food freedom right as we go into Christmas! Registration closes on the previous Saturday, so you’ll need to sign up before then otherwise you’ll miss out!
  • What dates/times are the group calls scheduled in for?
The individual assessment calls take place in the first week of the program. The group coaching calls are subsequently scheduled in weekly on Mondays. They are recorded for your convenience in case you miss one, so you can watch the replay at a time that suits you. Note: depending on the demographic of the group, the times of the sessions could (and are likely to) change and will be polled directly on the group community page. I'd love to see you all at as many of these as possible!
  • What is the refund policy?
If you’re wondering whether the program if right for you, I encourage you to contact me with your questions and concerns before enrolling as I do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Overall, I found the 8-Week Recovery Programme to be incredibly  informative, insightful and helpful for me in my recovery journey. Throughout the  program, Hanne broke down and provided me with a plethora of important  information, advice, tools, strategies and coping mechanisms that I can learn,  practice and use in recovery.

One of the modules I found particularly useful for me highlights the skills regarding  challenging automatic negative thoughts. I find the negative voices and thoughts to  be one of the hardest things to overcome in recovery, and the practical information  and advice from the program have made it easier and more manageable for me to.

Another area was the module regarding weight gain and hunger, as it's a huge  trigger point for me. Understanding and accepting the need to gain weight along with the physical and mental changes and necessities that occur during this process and  period of time made me feel more reassured and determined to continue my  recovery journey during the toughest of times.

The programme provided me with so many crucial and valuable strategies;  externalising thoughts and positive reframing, positive vs. negatives lists, positive  mantras, positive body affirmations, recovery facts and reminders, challenging fear  foods, proper nutrition and building a balanced plate, worst case-scenario and worry  writing, taming the inner critic (ED voices), challenging preconceived beliefs, goal  setting(envisioning the future) and so much more!

Thus far, I have incorporated and practised several of the tips, info and tools given and I've noticed quite a big positive shift in my mindset and feelings (mentally,  physically and emotionally) in my recovery. I’ve found the program to be extremely valuable, beneficial and helpful  for me in my recovery journey. My parents have also been equally impressed with  the information provided and have been able to learn and understand a lot more  about the recovery process from an Eating Disorder. - S.H, Singapore
